Managing your occupational health management process can be complex and time consuming. InHealth is designed to provide a secure and reliable data management tool for personal health related data which streamlines the occupational management process. Sound industrial hygiene and medical surveillance processes are fundamental in contributing to optimising employee health and fitness.

Industrial hygiene

The industrial hygiene portion of InHealth looks at people in relation to their work environment and work conditions, and enhances the practitioners’ ability to effectively review and reduce health related risks. It offers registers of exposure sampling history which promotes a detailed analysis and understanding of hygiene related issues and risks within Similar (or Same) Exposure Groups (SEG’s). Details are captured for each sample type (Noise, Dust, Heat/Cold Stress, Diesel Fumes, Vibration, Radiation, Biological Monitoring and many more) against a calibrated equipment fleet. Reporting ensures that over exposures are automatically sent to the correct individuals.

Medical Surveillance

The medical surveillance portion of InHealth manages medical tests (including pre-employment, routine medical, drug & alcohol, exit and other tests) against protocols which determine text elements such as ECG, routine History, audiogram, chest X-ray and FBC+DCC, spirometry, PAA, vision urinalysis and abdomen, cardiovascular GU system, endocrine, neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, skin & appendages, certificate of fitness and more. Abnormalities and other issues are explored, recorded and managed by occupational health practitioners.
