The InViron (Monitoring & Measurement) module assists with integrating large volumes of environmental related data into a centralised, web based, secure and easy-to-use database. This assists relevant managers with the effective management, monitoring, analysis and reporting of data over time, based on set targets and objectives.
InViron will track and manage a wide range of environmental data across air, water, land and waste issues, including water quality, water quantity, soil management, flora and fauna management, air quality management, dust deposition, environmental noise and vibration, vegetation management, meteorological data and much more. This data is easily integrated directly with your chosen laboratory so as to ensure current, accurate analysis and visualisation of trends.
InViron’s intuitive and easy to use interface allows users to quickly filter, capture and authorise environmental data. Various standards can be quickly applied to the data to show exceedences. SMS and email alerts are issued automatically if data is under or above set limits. This ‘management by exception’ is a powerful tool, allowing environmental advisors to always have a solid grasp of environmental conditions.

The InViron (Obligations & Stakeholders) module assists by allowing organisations to record, manage and monitor compliance requirements from a number of sources, both internally and externally. Responsibility is assigned for each obligation (e.g. permit requirement, tenement requirement, governmental legislation, internal company standard etc).
Responsibility can be assigned based on a role (job) and can be assigned across a number of stages (design, construction, operation, closure etc.). Changes to the obligation are immediately communicated to individuals incorporating these roles, ensuring that there are effective lines of communication. Legal feeds can be integrated into the system keeping the information up-to-date.
Tracking and managing stakeholder issues is a key aspect of your organisation’s sustainability drive. InViron securely stores, documents and tracks stakeholder engagement information, allowing organisations to better manage and address concerns. InViron allows users to easily document and capture rationale behind interactions, and clearly show responses. The stakeholder process is tightly integrated into InControl, allowing the event workflow to manage deeper investigations for complaints, breaches etc. InViron’s stakeholder workflow ensures transparency and reports detailed interaction information.
